Holligan Building Services (HBS) were employed by Finglas Credit Union (FCU) to carry out alterations to structural steel columns in the main building hall, works were carried out during closing times of the credit union.
This included:
- Project manage the works from inception to completion
- Working closely with the client and architect, we focused on delivering:
- Major Structural steel alterations to the building
- Specialist joinery and mill work removal and reinstallation.
- High end flooring in reception.
- Alterations to IT network of building.
- Alterations to security systems
- Painting and decorating
- Working with no inconvenience to client or to the public
- Works completed blended in harmonisiously with existing building
- Under a very tight time line and business constraints, our team were able to complete the project over a 2 weekend period totalling 7 days of round the clock work, opening for business as usual during the week.
